The saying, you are what you eat is definitely true. Meaning, veggies and friuts have sooo many nutrients in them, and they really do help you to maintain a healthy lifestyle and physique.
BUT, a large component is also genetics. Some people just have good genes and will have flawless skin. Ive seen other articles on people who have "normal" diets (minus the excessive fast food), and their skin looks amazing.

She's on that Dr. Sebi type stuff. She speaks 3 languages, built her own computer and makes her own clothes. Fuch the hairstyle, at least it hers and she's hasn't thrown in the towel like most sistas her age. 90% of these old Black women over 65 y.o wear wigs, we all got grandmamas, great grandmamas and aunts on that wig & stocking cap mess. My mom is 61 and looks damn good, she would be on this lady's level if she ate the same way. She does workout 3 times a week and has done that, since I was on junior high. Considering how she eats at times, I know she has those youthful genes. I've seen White women on that raw vegan shyt in their late 50's, who look older than this women.

Amos needs to at least get a gym membership, dude has resigned himself to playing the background. As a man, I couldn't let my lady just leave me in the dust like that. Even if I couldn't follow that ultra strict diet, some salads, reduced card intake, fish, cutting beef & pork to 2-3x a month, colonics, no alcohol and working out 3-4x a week would have took 10-15 years off of him, if he started around when she did.
