He deserved to get shot... It doesn't matter if he was a cop or not... Because your daughter runs out in front of traffic and gets hit (by someone who jeopardized their own life by trying to avoid the collision)does not give him the right to confront someone who was just involved in the accident and was in pain also... I am sure he felt threatened and used whatever force he deemed necessary to avoid the threat...

He (the father ) should have been more concearned with the well being of his daughter than worrying about somebody else at the time...

And if he was such a "good father" than why did he allow his daughter to be in the care of an 18yo who obviously was not responsible enough to care for the child since she was able to "dart out into traffic"...

He should have put the blame where it was deserved... NOT at the cop but at the 18yo who allowed the child to run into traffic...
