If any of you that are speaking with such ignorance have even ever traveled outside of your redneck towns you'd recognize this. This is most likely the Dominican Republic, as I've lived there for 3 years and you see children act/dance like this quite a bit in the barrios. It's mostly the fault of the younger lower class parents like the in this video. The latest generation of parents typically have minimal education and tend to be quite crude/racy in general and they think it's funny to see the kids acting like they did and in some cases still do. This is one of the more extreme examples I've seen, but again it's just one of those aspects of life in the barrios.

Yes sexuality is a bit over the top in the Dominican Republic it's interesting to see how it weirdly ties in with a culture who is admittedly 95% catholic, although 50% of those aren't practicing.
