He did not give an analysis. I'm interested in him discussing the subliminal message of the video, what each scene represents, the colors of clothing and their significance, etc. What I just listened to only divulged a personal opinion and expression of fascination for Beyonce. I'm not impressed.

omfg! i have been waiting on this video for a year and a half since it was on feb.11 08, and it is just as awsome as i thought it wouldd be! she could have commed her hair in the first scene and lost that missy elliot finger wave, but either way i, still love thee best performer and the only source of real music today. Beyonce is cheating her fans. Her videos are way too similar to each other. The creativity level is taking a plunge! There weren't any highlights in the video. What happened to the hard working Beyonce who went the extra mile? What happened? There is still a need to break a sweat! Leotard obsession is strange, get some new dancers (more than two) or if not dance by your self. Beyonce needs help with her video treatments and the overall creative process. Why? Because her videos are boring now because lately they have all been spinoffs from the the others. There was nothing in the video that can truly make you say ,"Did you see the part when she....?" As Aaliyah said " I know you can come better, can come better than that!

BEYONCE SAID before her album came about the theme of this album, all of her videos have been in black and white with the exception of halo which was in dull colors like her new video sweet dreams. She said that with with album, she wanted to do something different and that part of her theme was black and white, so to you who left the comment, wouldn't it come to your head that this was a theme and if it didn't wouldn't you question why all of the works off this album have a similarity.

Maybe you should take the time to understand her point of view and if you still don't get it then it's not for you

Me doing research won't help me enjoy seeing the same concept being used in a music video over and over. Great so she told us beforehand she's going to make a bunch of black and white videos. It's the "theme," after all. Because she supposedly mentioned this "theme" I still don't want to see anymore black and white videos, or leotards she wears. You're right she did do something different by being way too repetitive in her videos. No other artist has taken such a NON creative route before...and I understand why. There are different ways to incorporate a theme rather than hmm we'll make this video in black and white, and then maybe the next one...oh wait we should do the one after that in black and white too!
