Whoopi Goldberg Defends Jesse James 'I Cheated 5 Or 6 Times, Too'
Actress Whoopi Goldberg, who joins 4 other women on daytime talk show 'The View' recently took the unpopular position of defending Sandra Bullock's cheating husband Jesse James. According to Whoopi, cheating is a forgivable offense and isn't necessarily a reflection of the cheaters inherent narcissism. According to Whoopi Goldberg, maybe Jesse James was looking for something different:
“Hey, listen, I did it five or six times … Yes, I screwed around. Yes, while I was married. I made those mistakes too, yeah. It happens sometimes. It happens,” Goldberg said. “Maybe he was trying to find something different too.”
WOW! Ya think ya know somebody. It's shocking enough to hear Whoopi Goldberg defend the man - or any man for that matter - on The View of all places. It's even more shocking to find out that Whoopi Golberg is a repeat-offending cheater. Two questions come to mind after processing all this new information. Did Whoopi Goldberg cheat on Ted Danson? What if she cheated with Jesse James - Duh Duh DUNNNN!

cheating comes from the in-perfection that we all have within us. its not right, but it shouldn't end your world of being happy. If your spouse cheats on you,it does not mean that they do not love you. In fact, sometimes it can make the relationship even stronger. When I found out that my husband was cheating on me the honor that he gave me was to remain with me and show those others that he truly loves me and not them. Talking about who wins. I do and always will.

Are we seriously supposed to take our marital cues, or any cues whatsoever, from Whoopi Goldberg? That's like getting a medical degree by watching ER. Why would we care any more about her opinion on marital relations than Dr. McDreamy's on differential diagnosis?

Celebrities cheat, she is not only a poor excuse for marital advice but a gibbering fool. When you take marital vows you vow to be with only THIS person for better or worse. Not find another person to be intimate with. I think people don't know their own vows or just don't care.
