Shaq Files Motion To Dismiss Charges
Shaquille O'Neal filed a motion Yesterday to dismiss a lawsuit in which a former employee accuses the NBA star of hacking into his personal accounts and attempting to frame him for using child porn.
Shawn Darling, who was Shaquille O'Neal's personal computer consultant from 2008 to 2009, said the NBA center acted in retaliation because Darling had proof that O'Neal cheated on his wife with several women.
But O'Neal's lawyer claims in the motion that Darling illegally obtained the supposedly incriminating e-mails, text messages and voice mails to support his "baseless" lawsuit in an effort to "extort" O'Neal and sully his name.
Shaq lets a shady computer guy gain access to his personal files about his jump-offs. SMH. These ballers don't understand the power of the P.

congrats 2 kobe 4 getting a whole hand's worth of rings but pepole that keep saying even though his field goal percentage was terrible he still found other ways to lead his team to victory WTF r u talking about? he didn't lead the lakers 2 @#$%! last night. i cant hate on the guy for having a terrible game because there were some games were gasol or fisher didnt show up and he had 2 make up for that but in no way did he contribute anywhere near as much as artest and gasol. if anything, they lead the lakers to the W.
