Lebron James Settles For $7million Dollar Home In South Florida
Lebron James is balling out of control on the court and off, but the Miami Heat star is not trying to spend his $110 million dollar contract on real estate. According to a Coconut Grove real estate agent, LeBron James along with girlfriend, Savannah are looking to purchase a $7 million, 4 bedroom, 5 bath, 10,000 square feet mansion in quiet, secluded Devon Court, a private enclave of 15 homes just south of Miami.
The home boasts a soaring 3-story foyer, an elevator, and his and hers showers in the master bathroom. Some think this is a modest abode for such a high paid athlete. Is a $7 million, 10,000 square feet pad modest or reasonable for Lebron.
