Laura Schlessinger Decides To End Her Show Over Racist Rant
Conservative talk show host, Dr. Laura Schlessinger who has been delivering her subtle message of conservative values via relationship advice for over 30 years has decided to end her show. Laura Schlessinger has come under particular scrutiny after going on a racial tirade during which she used the 'N' word a total of 11 times - albeit not directed at any particular person. And that was her excuse at first. To her credit, Dr. Laura Schlessinger did repeatedly apologize for the statement, but this particular statement in regards to leaving her radio show seems to suggest that the apology was semi-reluctant:
"It's time to move on to other venues where I could say my piece and not have to live in fear anymore that sponsors and their families are going to be upset".
What do you guys think? Is Laura Schlessinger truly sorry, or is there a 'I'm forced to do this' undercurrent in her logic?
