JaMarcus Russell Arrested In Mobile For "Sizzurp"
Former Oakland Raiders quarterback and number 1 NFL Draft pick JaMarcus Russell was arrested in Mobile, Alabama for "Sizzurp". Sizzurp, is slang for Codeine syrup which is allegedly responsible for the overdose of Houston's DJ Screw and it was found in the system of rapper Pimp C in his autopsy.
Yesterday, (July 5th) JeMarcus Russell was charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was released only a few minutes after his arrest. JeMarcus Russell was the first pick in the 2007 NFL Draft, was recently released by the Oakland Raiders, and is considered one, if not the biggest busts in the history of the National Football League.
