Chris Brown Settles Battery Lawsuit With Photographer
Chris Brown was facing a lawsuit claiming the "Deuces" singer caused bodily harm to a photographer who was taking a picture fo the star in the gym playing basketball. Unlike Rihanna Chris Brown was not named the whoop-asser but since his body guards allegedly did the attacking he was named in the suit. Chris Brown narrowly avoided a lawsuit and more public condemnation for his abusive tendencies, by settling out of court with the photographer who accused him of battery. According to Radar Online, the parties reached their agreement on October 28 - which keeps Brown from having to go to a trial hearing previously scheduled for February 22, 2011.
