Nicki Minaj Explains Why She Quit Twitter
 If you thought Nicki Minaj was a little crazy before, she's taken things to another level. During her visit in London the rapper stopped by the Graham Norton where she was asked if she someone made her upset enough to quit Twitter - where she had 11 million followers.
“A voice in my head told me to delete my Twitter and that’s what I did,” she said. “I had 11 million followers and I hope they will wait for me. I know they will. I reply to people all the time, I’m known for that and I get to know them by name. I have a personal bond with them. I respond to at least 10 people a day.”

Dawn Richards Talks Her Evolving Sound In Regard Magazine
Formerly of Diddy Dirty Money and Danity Kane prior to that Dawn Richards is officially a solo artist. In the latest issue of Regard magazine she dishes on evolving her sound and what's she learned of her experiences.
On drawbacks she encountered when Danity Kane disbanded
There were no drawbacks. I didn’t allow them. When one chapter closes, you have to start a new one. For me, if you allow yourself to think there are drawbacks then there will be some. I decided that I would just go harder and find a way to stay dancing inside the music.
On what she enjoyed most about working with Diddy & Dirty Money
I enjoyed the freedom to dream sonically and lyrically. It was less “boxed,” more “innovative” and that was the place where I dwelled. So, I was in my element. The edge. The rawness. The sound we created became a platform for others. Whether they admit it or not, we broke boundaries with that album.
On what inspired her to take her music in a different direction for her solo project
It isn’t a different direction. It’s a continued one. I’ve just progressed the sound I already had. I think every album, every experience you have to grow. Each time I came out, whether in a group or solo, I’ve tried to best whatever I’ve already put out. It shows growth, strategy, and creativity. Why would you ask a person to buy and believe in a brand that never works to be better? I want to challenge people to grow with me. I like pushing the limits. For this project, I chose to be me. And that in itself, is taking things in a different direction.

Gabrielle Union Shocked The President Listens To Jay-Z
 Gabrielle Union is making her rounds to promote her latest much talked about film 'Think Like a Man'. Her latest promo stopped included Chelsea Lately. Union recalled going to dinner at the White House with Barack and Michelle Obama,
"We’ve been to their house; you guys might have heard of the White House. I guess I was thinking that they would have Pâté and this super fancy stuff so we’re trying to eat before we go, just in case they didn’t have good food."
"I’m from Omaha and [Dwayne] is from Chicago and we’re like, 'We need to eat' just in case they got too grand. So we get there, and he’s got Jay-Z playing and Janet Jackson, potato salad and baked beans and we’re like, 'Yeah!' So we ate again."

John Legend Defends Kanye West Against Barack Obama
John Legend may have supported President Barack Obama during his election campaign and throughout his presidency but he's taking a stand against him to defend his longtime friend Kanye West. Earlier this month Pres. Obama was asked to chose between Jay-Z and Kanye as his favorite artist. He chose Jay-Z while also saying Kanye was talented. The interviewer reminded the president that he had previously called 'Ye a jackass and he didn't back down stating that the rapper is still a jackass.
John was a guest on 106 and Park when he asked for his thoughts on the president's comments,
"Kanye is my friend and he’s never treated me like a jackass," John said. "He’s one of the most talented artists we know in this generation and I feel very fortunate to be able to work with him."

Mike Tyson Admits Impregnating Prison Official
 Mike Tyson has done something of a 180 with his image. Experiencing a resurgence in his career since a critically applauded cameo in The Hangover Tyson is making the best of it. Mike has been doing a one man show about his life but revealed today that some things were still left out. The former heavyweight champion sat down with ESPN's Rick Reilly when he was asked if he left anything out of his standup routine,
"I didn't talk about Vietnam, or getting a jail official pregnant, or stuff."
"It just happened, yeah."
Tyson revealed the unnamed official decided against having the child. Wow!

Sheree Whitfield Quits Real Housewives Of Atlanta
Real Housewives of Atlanta will return next season with one less cast member. Sheree Whitfield has called it quits.
“After four solid seasons of helping Bravo build the show into its most successful Housewives franchise, I have decided to leave.” Who leaves a show after “helping” build it into the highest show of Bravo’s franchise?? Sheree continued,
“The direction the show is going in is no longer a fit for my lifestyle. I’m tired of the fighting and the cattiness.”
“I want to be part of something that empowers and inspires women to not only be healthy, but to treat themselves with respect. I wish the rest of the women the best of luck.”
Sounds more like someone lost their negotiations for a higher contract.

Basketball Wives Cast To Boycott Upcoming Reunion
 Jennifer Williams' lawsuit against Nia Crooks is costing her a chance to attend the reunion of Basketball Wives. On Monday night's episode viewers had a chance to see the highly anticipated scene where Evelyn Lozada's assistant walked around a table and smacked Jennifer in her face. Jennifer held a press conference on Thursday morning with her attorney to confirm she's filing a lawsuit. Despite the clear violation the ladies of BBW are standing behind Nia calling Jennifer's suit BS. Reportedly there will be no reunion if Jennifer attends.
Interesting these women can join together when someone fights against violence. SMH

Royce Reed Feels 'Betrayed' After Boyfriend Admits To Sexting
Over the past two days Royce Reed and her relationship with Dezmon Briscoe has been on front street in part because nearly one third of Monday night's episode of Basketball Wives was about their relationship. A few hours later and a few tweets later from Christina Nero, Dez's ex and child's mother Royce's relationship became a round the clock topic. Christina posted texts received from Dez asking for sex from his ex. Royce accused Nero of fraud calling her desperate and bitter. Dez initially denied the claims but later admitted to sending the text.
“Ask my baby mama have I touched her since I got her pregnant and see what she say..”
“I could of handled the situation better. I’m still wrong and I wanna apologize to @Roycelr because she don’t deserve that. Love you”
Royce tweeted later,
“My life is an open book! Shit happens! Y’all telling me to stay or leave…it isn’t that easy! My heart is broken! Some will find that funny”
“I’m ok with being open and honest! I’m ok with being Me! The fact it DIDN’T happen doesn’t matter! Y the hell send it just 2 appease sum1.”
