Katherine Jackson - The mother of the King of Pop,
Katherine Jackson recently gave a revealing interview to Oprah. During
her interview Katherine Jackson felt it necessary to make it clear
that,Joe Jackson isn't controlling MJ's kids. Katherine said she hopes
fans "don't think anyone like Joe or the family is pushing the kids", a
veiled reference to Joe pushing Michael and his brothers into the
entertainment business.

Katherine Jackson Tells Oprah: Posthumous Michael Jackson Album Is A PHONY
Media queen, Oprah and the mother of the King of Pop, Katherine Jackson recently recorded an open-heart session, where mama Katherine was able to get a lot off her chest, including a diatribe against the recording arm of Sony. Currently, the Jackson family is in the midst of a dispute with Michael Jackson's estate which signed a $250 million deal with Sony to release Michael Jackson's posthumous album. Katherine Jackson alleges that at least five of the songs on the album are complete 'imposters'. Insiders say:
"I think the Cascios added what they wanted to Jackson's partially recorded tracks and took the material to Sony after he died. Michael left a lot of stuff behind and I think they are taking advantage of that."
Hmmm.... More on this as new information comes to forefront.

Michael Jackson’s Mother Not Getting Paid From His Estate.
Michael Jackson's estate is showing no love to his mother Katherine Jackson, who has custody of the late ‘Thriller’ star’s three children, Prince Michael, 13, Paris, 12, and eight-year-old Prince Michael II, known as Blanket. Katherine Jackson is reportedly receiving financial support from her daughter Janet Jackson as the money left to her by Michael is currently being used to pay bills, according to a source.
“Katherine told Oprah Winfrey that she hasn’t received a penny from the estate since Michael died,”
“What the lawyers for the estate have told her is that they have been busy trying to retire some of Michael’s massive debt and they have maintained bills at Hayvenhurst, the Jackson family home and the kids’ school.”
Apparently The Jackson Family Foundation — which lists Katherine Jackson as vice chairman and her husband Joe Jackson as chairman are to host a tribute concert in memorial of Michael, who died of acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009, next month. Katherine Jackson Sues AEG Live For Michael Jackson's Death
 Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, has filed a lawsuit against the promoter of his concerts last year – AEG Live. Katherine Jackson is suing AEG Live for breaching its agreement to provide physical care for Michael Jackson. According to the lawsuit documents, Katherine Jackson blames AEG for hiring Dr. Murray without a proper background check and claims "AEG did not provide a doctor who was truly looking out for Michael Jackson's well-being and did not provide equipment."
The suit also alleges AEG caused emotional trauma to Michael Jackson's son Prince because he witnessed Michael suffering and dying, and "he was put in a position as bystander to these tragic events."
The lawsuit against AEG Live was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court by Katherine Jackson and her lawyers on September 15, 2010.

Michael Jackson's latest fan tribute is causing more trouble in the Jackson family, who seemed to be locked in a soap opera of feuding siblings, divorced parents and children that don't look like they belong in any African-American family - but that's another story.
