Dirk Nowitzki to sit-out Dallas Mavericks game with Sprain Knee
 Dirk Nowitzki - Dallas Mavericks player Dirk Nowitzki will skip Tuesday night's game against Toronto to rest his injured knee. An MRI of Nowitzki’s knee showed only a sprain, no serious damage, according to Art Garcia of NBA.com (via twitter). He is officially listed as day-to-day. Nowitzki told ESPN.com before undergoing the MRI that he didn't believe the knee sprain suffered during Monday night's victory in Oklahoma City when he landed awkwardly, was serious.
Dirk Nowitzki is averaging 24.1 points per game on a career best 54.5 shooting percentage this season. He may play Thursday against the Spurs.

Demarcus Ware Injury: Sprained Neck In Chargers Game - Update
Dallas Cowboy linebacker Demarcus Ware sustained a blow to the head from the thigh of San Diego right tackle Brandyn Dombrowski. The initial diagnosis on Demarcus was a sprained neck with no spinal damage. The NFL star, who has full movement in his extremities, went to the hospital for tests after the injury. The Cowboys do not yet know his status for Saturday’s game at New Orleans.
