Rapper Flo Rida Hit With $7K Fine For Lying Iny Court
Rapper Flo Rida has been charged with a $7,000 fine for lying in court. He didn’t respond to a lawsuit in time because he claimed he was never served the papers. After a bit of investigation, the judge discovered that the performer was lying, pressing a fine on the rapper for seven grand.
Personal assistant Mahogany Miller filed a lawsuit against Flo Rida, demanding proper pay for her back breaking service as an employee. Miller claimed she worked relentlessly for Rida, only to receive $3.08 an hour. But Rida insisted that Miller was merely an unpaid intern, and that the paper work detailing the lawsuit was sent to a woman he did not know and to the wrong address. Each of Rida’s claims turned out to be complete fabrications.
Rida later admitted his attachment to the original address listed, and acknowledged that the woman who received the papers, Stephany Nelson, was his employee. The judge concluded the rapper’s deception was “premeditated” and ordered him to pay Mahogany Miller $7,000 dollars for her attorney fees.

Rapper Flo Rida Scores Big In DUI Case
 Rapper Flo Rida was stopped this past summer in his Bugatti on suspicion of DUI. Flo Rida's blood level was .185 which is twice the legal limit. But according to TMZ, Flo Rida's attorney managed to get him in a first-time offenders program instead of jail time.
If Flo completes the class the judge will reduce his charge to reckless driving.
Next time get a driver and avoid this altogether...JS

Rapper Flo Rida Cancels Australian Concert After Hotel Drug Raid
Rapper Flo Rida unexpectedly cancelled his concert in Australia at the Fast As Butter festival. Flo posted on twitter:
"Australian fans, I was looking forward to performing for you but due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn't able to do so..."
The organizers also expressed their disappointment that Flo Rida never showed up. No word one if a lawsuit will be filed.
The "unforeseen circumstances" may have had something to do with his hotel room being raided for drugs. Dakari Dalawn Phillips, a member of Flo Rida's entourage was arrested after plain clothes officers of the Northern Region Drug Squad received a tip of a "strong smell of burnt cannabis" coming from their hotel room. Phillips remained in custody until the following day when he was released without any charges.
It is not confirmed if Flo Rida was arrested but the incident occurred "shortly before Flo Rida was set to take the stage."

Flo Rida Busted For DUI In Black And Red Bugatti
Flo Rida was busted for DUI in his super expensive 2008 Bugatti while driving in Miami Beach early Thursday morning. Flo Rida was driving in a $1.7 million Bugatti - who wants that ride going to the impound?!
According to TMZ, Flo Rida was swerving across lanes at around 3:30am when he was arrested.
Flo Rida blood alcohol level was found to be .185, more than double the legal limit. A large crowd gathered around the rapper "trying to get officers" to let the rapper go even offering to drive him home.
Flo was so intoxicated he reportedly could not walk the line. He said, "Officer I can't do this. I don't feel I can't walk a straight line. I had a few drinks. Let's try another test". Somehow Flo thought that even if he couldn't possibly past the test the officer would fall for, "I can make it home".

Eva picked up Flo Rida after getting dropped by Lance Gross and Flo Rida couldn't find it in himself to go public with Brandy. You'd think that the double-rebound relationship wouldn't work, right?
