 Vanessa and Angela Simmons have found themselves in some hot water with the IRS. Angela, 24 and her sister Vanessa, 28, have conveniently forgot to pay their taxes to the tune of over $450,000. Here's how the Detroit Press broke it down:
The IRS filed a $26,658 tax lien against Angela Simmons on Dec. 22 with the New York City Register.
The IRS filed a $22,528 tax lien against Vanessa Simmons on Dec. 22 in New York.
The IRS filed a $157,787 tax lien against Vanessa Simmons on Nov. 10 in New York.
The IRS filed a $27,248 tax lien against Angela Simmons on May 20 in New York.
The IRS filed a $132,466 tax lien against Angela Simmons on April 1 in New York.
The state of California filed a $44,253 tax lien against Vanessa Simmons on March 23 in Sacramento County Court.

There are so many different steps I feel like I want to take in my life. It started with Pastry and Angela and I building a brand. Taking that from zero to where the brand is now. And of course, there is acting which I don’t feel like I have hit the top of the iceberg of where it is headed. I also want to be a hotelier. Me and my sister want to open a hotel. Angela and I also just started a production company called Simmons2 for quality TV programming. There are so many levels to where I want to go reach my successes, one day at a time.

Angela Simmons and her sister Vanessa must have inherited their uncle's business genes. The dynamic duo are really getting their acumen on, while running the Pastry sneaker line and boast over $50 Million in revenue. How many businessmen who've been in the game for decades can make a claim like that. In a recent interview with Black Enterprise magazine, the two discuss their rise to the top:
“We started the company with only four pairs of sneakers, just as a trial run to see how it would do and the response was overwhelming, so we were able go in and design more things and 4 years later we have children’s pastry pop-stars, [and] we have Barbie dolls coming out next year.”

On Virginity Angela: Ok, the whole virginity thing came out because of the breakup I had previously. And on the show, of course, it came up that I was saving myself for marriage. Is it weird that people know that now? Yeah, kind of. Do I care that much? Not really, because it’s not like it’s a bad thing. No, it’s not for everybody. Everybody doesn’t have to wait because that’s not what they feel their destiny is. But this is what I have to do in order to get a relationship where it’s all good. I just think that when the sex factor is taken out of the relationship, you really get to know a person.

On Hair V: I just took out all my extensions and Media Takeout's like, "Oh, we don't believe it" but it's all my hair. A: At the end of the day, we got hair under these weaves.
