DJ Khaled Calls People Against The 'N' Word Dumb
The infamous Dj Khaled is defending his right to use the 'N' word and if you're not with it or don't see the loving place where it's coming from then you're...well..dumb. His words - not ours. Here's what he said in a recent radio interview,
“I’m a n—a. If somebody ever took that in an arrogant – if someone thinks it in another way, they dumb.[...]I grew up like that. It’s slang. It’s actually a positive word the way that I use it, the way that Ace [Hood] is using it. If you think like that, that goes back to the internet.
The hate. For me to say ‘We the best, oooo weeee n—a, we the best!’ You know what I’m talking about. N—as that’s thinking that is dumb f–ks. You know what I’m saying? Once again, I’d like to shout out the fans who love this music. What makes me mad, ’cause when I grew up, n—as was calling me sand n—a. Now, that’s ignorant, because there’s only one way to say it. You can’t say, ‘Yo what up my sand n—a?’ That’s not the way we grew up in the streets. When I say ‘What up my n—a,’ I say that to Green Lantern all the time. ‘What up my nig?’ That’s just me greeting you with love, but if somebody takes it another way, they dumb, man. That’s like, dumb. Like, they dumb.”
N*gga is a positive word - when will black people stop telling themselves this LIE?! Check the full video.

DJ Khaled New President of Def Jam South
DJ Khaled is the new president of Def Jam South overseeing artist like Ludacris, Young Jeezy and Ace Hood. I wonder what the qualifications are for someone to hold this executive level type position. Can you think of any executive who an artist first and succeeded at this job – except Jay-z of course?
DJ Khaled had this to say about his appointment, “This is what I’ve always wanted to do, be an executive and take it to another level." I can only imagine what interview was like – if there was any!
Next up for Khaled is overseeing the release of Rick Ross’s next album, “Deeper Than Rap”. Damn, that’s bad timing for his first project. If Khaled had revive Ross from the dead than he deserves this job!
