Top Gun 2 Confirmed By Directory Tony Scott - updated
 Top Gun 2 - Top Gun 2 has reportedly been
confirmed by director Tony Scott. It is uncertain if Tom Cruise will be
in Top Gun 2. Tony Scott, who directed the original Top Gun film, says
he wants to make a film about unmanned aircraft rather than about
fighter pilots.
"I don't want to do a remake," Scott said. I don't want to do a
reinvention. I want to do a new movie. I'm not waiting for a script,"
he said. "I'm going to do my homework, I'm going down to I think it's
Fallon, Nevada, down near New Mexico and it's a whole different world
now. These computer geeks -- these kids play war games in a trailer in
Fallon, Nevada and if we ever went to war or were in the Middle East or
the Far East or wherever it is, these guys can actually fly drones."

Top Gun Sequel Continue To Buzz The Web
Top Gun Sequel - A Top Gun sequel is reportedly in the works and Tom Cruise is said to have agreed play fighter pilot Pete "Maverick" Mitchell. The Top Gun Sequel project would likely include producer Jerry Bruckheimer and director Tony Scott, who collaborated on the original film.
The 1986 movie helped turn Cruise into an international sex symbol. There has been no official word on a target release date for the Top Gun Sequel. I for one can not wait to see the Top Gun Sequel trailers.

Katie Holmes takes her role as the parent of Suri Cruise seriously, and recently went on the record to suggest that she's not planning on having another child with Tom Cruise just yet.
On her marriage to Tom Cruise:

Tom Cruise Moved To Spain To Avoid Bad Press For 'Knight And Day'
Actor Tom Cruise is a Hollywood blockbuster-maker while he's on the set of a studio - like his new film 'Knight And Day' co-starring Cameron Diaz. However, off set, movie execs think that Tom Cruise is a public relations time bomb waiting to totally obliterate all the hard time publicists put in to make sure that a movie promo remains a movie promo and doesn't become a pitch to join Scientology or an attempt to do acrobatics on Oprah's couch. You would think that after the movie studio greenlights a project and budgets $100 million to make a movie, they'd want the actors at every promo event possible. You'd be wrong. In fact, word is that Tom Cruise was actually sent to Spain just to avoid any of the PR nightmares he's usually involved in.

Will Smith gives success credit to Tom Cruise
 Will Smith gives cred to Tom Cruise for his money making success because Tommy reviews all of the Prince's movie scripts before he takes on a new role.
The two have become close friends over the years, (looking the other way at the obvious), and Smith admits he checks with his boy Cruise before signing on to a film.
"I was so used to competition between other artists that I just didn't get him at first. And then Tom just broke it down to me and said, 'Will, we are not competing, so don't think that way.' That blew my mind because that is not how this business works at all...He looks over my scripts and everything...He did more work on I Am Legend than I did."
Will Smith is the epitome of a capitalist, making everybody else get him that Arab money.
