The Game Confirms Canceling Wedding
Remember a few days ago when we told you that hip-hop artist The Game was filming a reality show based around his wedding? Well, you can cancel that little tidbit. The news broke yesterday that the rapper would not be walking down the aisle with Tiffney Cambridge, the mother of his child.
The Game took to Twitter to take full responsibility for the cancellation.
“The rumors are TRUE. The wedding is OFF. It’s not her fault, it’s mine! She’s a GREAT woman, I just wasn’t man enough 2 see it through.”
The rapper went on to give a bit of advice based on his tough decision. “Important message to all men: If you’re lucky to have ½ of the woman I had… Appreciate her & do everything necessary to keep her happy!”
The Game and his former fiancée had been filming a pilot for their reality show. No word on whether the show will go on without her.

The Game Explains How Fans Provoked Spitting Incident
Rapper The Game is hoping to clear his name after a video surfaced of him spitting in the direction of a "fan." Check out his explanation below:
This girl and her dude were at the concert, and we had a meet and greet. It was like 100 people, plus we have to get to an after-party, so we [focused on] doing everything on schedule. You shake my hand, I sign one thing from each person and take a picture with each person. So, they wanted to hold up the line, and there’s other people behind ’em, and we got time constraints. They acting crazy, [saying], ‘we paid all this money and we can’t even chill!’ I guess they wanted to chill, go back to the hotel and smoke with a n-gga and be my kid’s godfather. So, security had to take them out because they got a little crazy.
We go to the after-party and here are these same two people. They by the VIP [area], kind of doing the heckling sh-t, and throwing sh-t, throwing Red Bull cans. But ain’t none of it hitting me. The dude starts spitting loogies and drinking sh-t and spitting it. The sh-t started getting closer and closer to where we was at. He keeps spittin’ and finally, the f-ckin’ sh-t hit me. So I went over and I f-ckin’ spit. My spit hit the f-ckin’ ground. That girl didn’t have no spit on her. The dude didn’t have no spit on him. They just saying some sh-t, making a scene, and then they left. That video don’t show me spitting on nobody. I didn’t spit on nobody, but, I definitely tried to spit on the b-tch. I just missed. But I’m not the best at aiming spit. Me, to get up and spit on somebody? I’m not doing that unless I’m provoked.Ok.

Jay Electronica Sends Warning Shots To The Game Over Badu
Rapper Jay Electronica, known for his heavy lyrical content sent some warning shots to rapper The Game. Game called out Erykah Badu's name in ‘Martians vs Goblins’ with Lil Wayne and Tyler the Creator. Check the verse below:
“I spit like I had kids with Erykah Badu, I f***ed her on the day of that naked video shoot. I was sucking that p**sy like it was wanton soup.”
Ouch. Electronica who has a child with Badu sent a soft warning to Game and all rappers via Twitter,
“To Game, aka Westside Red. Ni**a you know i gave you that name…Its all love here...No more disrespectful Erykah lines…She loves y'all man. And Our children hear these songs. So lets chill…”
“That Erykah message goes for EVERY RAPPER. That is the Mother Of My Child.”

The Game Star Tia Mowry Gushes On Motherhood
BET's The Game star Tia Mowry gushed about motherhood to Celebrity Baby Scoop. Since giving birth to her first child, a baby boy Cree, with husband Cory Hardict, Tia can't enough! Check out some excerpts of the interview below:
CBS: Congratulations on the birth of Cree Taylor Hardrict! How are you and your husband Cory adjusting?
TMH: "We are adjusting, but adjusting well! He is almost 6 weeks and I've heard around the second and third month the little love button sleeps longer which is a bonus. We are having fun but it's a lot of work, and we are enjoying every minute of it!"
CBS: Being first time parents is an exciting time, but it can also be a bit stressful too. Do you have any tips for our readers on how to balance motherhood, marriage and career?
TMH: "I'm still learning. I am not gonna pretend that I have it all under control. I am terrified about going back to work sleep deprived! However, I know I can do it. I would just tell mothers to have patience and take it literally a day at a time; well more like an hour at a time. Once you know you’ve survived yesterday, you can survive the next day. I also try to not freak out about the little things which new parents often do.
On marriage, make time for one another. Don't forget about those date nights. Put on a sexy dress and some sexy high heels and have a great night and enjoy each other. Also, incorporate your husband. Get him involved and let him know how important he is with taking care of your joy."
CBS: Is Cory a hands-on dad? What is this new experience like for him?
TMH: "Cory is an amazing father! It has been wonderful to watch him in this new role. He is so great with Cree and with me. We have been enjoying this new experience as parents, figuring out what each type of 'cry' means and watching him start to really see people or objects and how he reacts to everything."
CBS: What’s next for you? Do you have any upcoming projects you would like to tell us about?
TMH: "I am writing a new book about my pregnancy experience which will come out next spring, and production on The Game starts next month."Congrats again to Tia! Hopefully she will be ready to return to The Game!

The Game May Face Charges Over Twitter Error
Rapper The Game is caught in the middle of another example of why celebrities need to abandon their twitter accounts. Game reportedly sent a tweet urging his followers to call a number for an internship. The number reached the Sheriff's department in Compton, California. The line was bombarded with calls and the likelihood of emergency calls not getting through was increased.
The sheriff found his way to Game's twitter page and berated him for his little prank threatening legal action against Game. Well, the rapper was in no apologetic mood when he responded,
"Yall can track a tweet down but can't solve murders! Dat was an accident but maybe now yall can actually do yall job!!!!"
The Game has since deleted the tweet.

Brittany Daniels Reduced Role In 'The Game' - Reverse Racism?
Has anyone noticed that Brittany Daniels aka Kelly Pitts was notoriously missing from a ton of the ads of 'The Game'? Well, apparently, Kelly Pitts won't be in every episode of The Game this year. The Game Rocks BET With 7.7 Million Viewers Of First Episode
Since its inception, BET has made only one veritably good decision - that was picking up CW's former sitcom The Game. And the proof is in the pudding, as Jay-Z would say, men lie, women lie, but numbers don't. The night before last, The Game pulled in over 7.7 million viewers - an all-time high for the sitcom and the network. Not to mention the fact that over half of the viewers stayed over to watch the next new series entitled 'Let's Stay Together'. Not bad, BET, not bad!

The Game' Season 4 Episode 1 a Hit On the Web
The Game' Season 4 Episode 1 - The much talked about Season 4 premiere of 'The Game' aired on BET last night and it definitely did not disappoint. The Game season 4 episode 1 is titled “Parachutes: Beach Chairs.” The show basically picks up from where they would have left off two years ago.
Here is a recap;
"Derwin and Melanie are now two years married with Melanie being a housewife and a step-mom to Derwin’s son. she has some suspicion that Derwin’s son isn’t really his so she decides to get a DNA test behind his back."
"Tasha Mack dating a much younger guy named Donte. She tries to keep her true feelings for him low but ends up breaking out emotionally when she discovers his ex-girlfriend was Sheree from the show “Real Housewives of Atlanta.”"
"Malik’s success getting to his head. He is currently sleeping with the majority owner of his team’s girlfriend (played by the hot Meagan Good)"

Tia Mowry Is Three Months Pregnant with Her First Baby - Updated
Tia Mowry - Tia Mowry is one sister who is on top of her... well.. game (no pun intended). With the renewal of 'The Game' and her relationship with hubby Cory Hardrict taken to the next level, the only thing that could be added to the equation would be a baby. And word is that Tia Mowry has gone and done that, too. According to information on the urban entertainment wire, Tia Mowry is already three months pregnant and Style magazine has given the couple their own reality show surrounding their marriage and the pregnancy. We only wonder if girl-Melanie is going to get pregnant and work that into the show as well!!
Update: BET Networks publicist Tricia Newell has confirmed that Tia Mowry is indeed pregnant.

BET Getting Flack For Underpaying 'The Game' Cast Members
BET's sitcom, The Game, is a cult classic for those of us who are in love with Melanie and Derwin Davis. And we were all glad to see BET finally stick up for the last African-American sitcom left on television. However, before the show even returns to television, there's already controversy surrounding how BET is handling the cast members. Word around the block is that BET is paying the only white member 'Brittany Daniels' (seen above) twice as much as every other cast member. SMDH! Let's hope this is just a rumor. BET released the following official statement below:

Chris Klein May Need To Get A Job At BET
Actor-turned-self-effacing-Internet-star, Chris Klein looks pretty desperate for work these days. In the past few weeks, Chris Klein, bombed his audition for Mamma Mia and had it leaked to the Internet. So, in modern celebrity fashion, Chris Klein decided to capitalize on the incoming momentum and roll out a few viral videos making fun of himself bombing the audition. There's Chris Klein flunking Avatar, Twiglight, Dreamgirls,etc.... Our message to Chris Klein is simple, if you're looking for a job, try BET. They're picking up new sitcoms and are looking for talentless out of work actors and washed up refurbished comedians. Chris Klein starring on BET's rendition of 'The Game' may be a good look!

Kelsey Grammer Produces BET's Newest Show

Actor-turned-producer Kelsey Grammer, refuses to stay in any one box. In a day he'll go from backing an ultra-right wing conservative news network to facilitating a BET show. Created by Mara Akil Brock and produced by Kelsey Grammer and Salim Akil, The Game which originally aired on the CW network has been picked up by BET. BET gave their upfronts today and on the docket for this fall were new original episodes of the previously cancelled CW show, which was a spinoff of the successful sitcom, Girlfriends - also produced by Kelsey Grammer. The Game ran in syndication on BET after it was cancelled following the 2008-2009 TV season. It found newfound success on the cable network as well as a newfound fanbase, which boosted the channel's ratings to record highs in repeats alone. Reports surfaced earlier this month about the producers and cast of the show meeting for contract negotiations with BET to produce and air new episodes since the original cast members' contracts expired last summer.
From BET to a Fox news competitor? Kelsey Grammer is taking everything on the table, isn't he?

The Game Spends More In A Month Than Most Do All Year
Rapper, The Game, recently got his email hacked into, and the culprit decided to spread the word about The Game's spending habits. According to the spreadsheet released, The Game's expenses amount to over $52K a month! Yikes! What's he doing spending that kind of cash? Didn't he say he was going to retire a few months back. Not with over $600K in yearly expenses you're not. Who do you think you are? Jay-Z?? And even Jay doesn't have $13K in baby mama bills to pay. Check the breakdown below to see what we're talking about, and don't forget your calculator:

RUMOR MILL: Sitcom, The Game Shooting New Episodes
Nationally televised sitcom, The Game, was bought months ago by Viacom company BET. The deal was supposed to include all of the original episodes of The Game - 4 seasons worth - as well as the rights to develop new episodes with the original cast. Up until recently, fans of the show have heard absolutely nothing from the shows creators, cast members or BET itself about the show's future. Some of the cast has even taken jobs on other shows - a sure sign of the end. However, recent internet chatter has stirred up that the remaining team is ready to rock and roll and that the new show will be filmed in Atlanta. Recently Hosea Chanhez aka Malik tweeted:

The Game Weighs In On 50 vs.Jay Z

Rapper, The Game, recently weighed in on Jay Z vs. 50 Cent, both of whom he's been in public beefs with:
Complex: What do you think that the result of that battle would be?
Game: Jay-Z will fuck 50 up in a battle! It would be so fast and over with. 50 is funny, but Jay is witty. Jay-Z is not to be toyed with. If he fuckin’ responds, if he feels like you’re really pissing him off and he responds, he’s gonna fuck you up! He would fuck me up, I’m just glad he didn’t fuckin’ respond, so I didn’t have to go dig in my fuckin’ bag and try to fuck him up. I definitely think that Jay-Z didn’t come at me like he came at any other rappers because I definitely would have been more disrespectful and once you start a beef with me you better be ready to go the whole motherfuckin’ 12 rounds because I will try to chew your fuckin’ ear off like Mike Tyson. I’ll do it and I think he knew that—I’m disrespectful. So Jay, he did the right thing and just kinda let it die down and I let it die down ’cause it wasn’t anything really. It was fuckin’ fun and I really admire Jay’s career. I just really don’t care too much for the man himself.

Can Dr. Dre, Snoop & The Game Bring Back The West Coast?
Most remember what hip hop was like a decade plus ago with both East Coast and West Coast bringing out equally good music. Times have clearly changed and the west hasn't been very interactive in the game. Dr. Dre, one of the masterminds from the popular era has talked about a follow up to The Chronic and it seems that the time is near. The Game tweeted this recently: Do you think Dre and Snoop still got it? And is The Game still got in the gangsta era of the '90s "Aftermath Or Die!" Does anyone still ride for their label like that?? I say just make some good music!

The Game Apologizes To 50 Cent

The Game put on his man suit and decided to apologize to 50 Cent soon after Michael Jackson's death. Claiming that MJ had offered to be a mediator between the two - somehow I think MJ had bigger and better things to do - but whatever makes The Game feel better about apologizing to 50.
The Game's apology:
For 50, I’m just gonna apologize to him, just as a man. It has nothing to do with music, or beef, or nothing like that. It ain’t about being the bigger man. He can take it and say, ‘Game is apologizing,’ ‘Game’s a sucka, he’s apologizing.’ I’m apologizing for me to him, to (Dr.) Dre, to Jimmy Iovine, to Eminem, to all the fans.Because if you think about what Interscope was when we were gellin’, man we were it. We were an unstoppable force.”
What do you think the Game expects in return? Apparently he wasn't paying attention to what happened to Young Buck when he apologized. Oh well...

Black Wall Street Launches Online Strictly for their Euro Base
The Blackwall Street, originally known as the Negro’s Wall Street, is the Game's hip hop fashion line. Even though every rapper has one, The Game's line is socially responsible....at least that's what they say.
"Black Wall Street is more than a hip-hop label, according to a statement. It's an organization "interested in the primary social development and economic advancement of the Hip- Hop community."
The Euro division of the label has a huge fan base, built with the help of Austrian rapper and the label's first European recruit, Big J, aka Austriaz most blunted; and to really make some of that 'Euro Money', they just launched a Black Wall Street online store strictly for his Europe fans.
