The Wife Of Miami Heat’s Dwyane Wade Has Filed A Lawsuit Against His Girlfriend Gabrielle Union

Dwyane Wade’s wife has filed a lawsuit against the Miami Heat guard's girlfriend, actress Gabrielle Union seeking over $50,000. The Lawsuit, filed Tuesday (May 4) in Cook County Circuit Court, claims Union’s conduct around Wade’s young children has inflicted emotional distress. Siohvaughn Wade claims the actress "engaged in sexual foreplay with Dwyane Wade" in front of Wade's sons age 8 and 2. This allegedly took place on an unsupervised visit to Dwyane’s Miami home. Wade’s oldest son, according to the suit, is allowed to play around the pool unsupervised and that the youngest son nearly drowned while in his father’s care. When the 8-year-old told Lester Barelay, the court appointed child representative, what took place, he asked the officer of the court "to put his father in jail..." so he would not have to return to the Miami home, which he refers to as "the house where the woman kissing daddy lives," the suit said. Also according to the lawsuit, Wade allegedly introduced the actress as his “girlfriend” and said “that is why your mom and I are going to divorce."
Dwyane and Siohvaughn Wade were “high school sweethearts," have been romantically involved since they were 15 years old, and are currently involved in divorce proceedings. Mrs. Wade claims that the orchestrated meeting to introduce the boys to Gabrielle Union, their future stepmother, coupled with the sexual foreplay witnessed by the children has caused emotional distress. She says the 8-year-old has developed nervous habits, experiences headaches, and has sought medical treatment for stress and anxiety leading to "significant" hair loss causing bald spots. Neither party involved in the lawsuit has commented on the situation.

Clarence Thomas Wife Confronts President Obama's Agenda as "tea party" Leader
Virginia Thomas, wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, has been raising eyebrows recently with her decision to start a Tea Party group in her home town.
"I am an ordinary citizen from Omaha, Neb., who just may have the chance to preserve liberty along with you and other people like you," Thomas said at a recent panel discussion with tea party leaders in Washington. Thomas went on to count herself among those energized into action by President Obama's "hard-left agenda." So far Clarence Thomas has been silent on the issue of her wife becoming a local leader of the Tea Party movement.

Evander Holyfield Punches His Wife In Argument Over Church Payments
Champion boxer Evander Holyfield, is in a world of trouble over a a temporary protective order against the boxer after his wife, Candi Calvana Smith, accused him of hitting her in the face. One site reports that the couple argued about church payments . Holyfield allegedly urged her to "put god first in her life" before hitting her in the face, head and back. According to the article, "Candi also claims that Holyfield has hurt her before and that he has been violent in the presence of their children." Holyfield was scheduled to fight in Uganda later in the month, but it was recently canceled due to lack of financing. Another match, slated to happen in Ethiopia, was nixed last July.
Fighting over church payments? That's not very Christ-like!
