Shaunie O'Neal's 'Basketball Wives' Reality Show Gets VH1 Airdate

Shaunie O'Neal, wife to NBA basketball star Shaquille O'Neal - although that may only be a temporary description these days - is getting her own money. No, not from siphoning off funds from Shaq's account into her own secret fund, that was the old Shaunie. Now, she's executive producer of her own reality show on VH1 callled 'Basketball Wives'. The show is set to air March 15th and should contain all of the drama of an NBA game without the lame sports commercials. The show will document the lives of basketball wives, girlfriends and ex-girlfriends which include Dwight Howard’s baby mama Royce Reed, Jermaine O’Neal’s wife Mesha O’Neal, Eric Williams wife Jennifer, Udonis Haslem’s girlfriend Evelyn, and occasional appearances by Shaunie.

 Vice President Joe Biden gave a rather emotional speech at Tel Aviv
University today. He had recently travel to Israel to ensure the
Jewish state of the fact that Israel is America's closest friend.

Patrick Kennedy Slams U.S. Media
 Rep. Patrick Kennedy (D-R.I.) slams the U.S. Media for
shirking their responsibility to cover the war in Afghanistan. This
came during a House debate on a resolution, which would require the
U.S. military to withdraw from Afghanistan within 30 days or longer if
it couldn't be done safely that quickly. That resolution was defeated
by a vote of 356-65.
"There's one, two press people in this gallery," Patrick Kennedy said.
"We're talking about Eric Massa 24/7 on the TV. We're talking about war
and peace; $3 billion; 1,000 lives and no press! No press!"
