Rick Ross Stable After Seizure And Losing Consciousness
 Rapper Rick Ross is reportedly stable and on his way to the hospital after a flight from Ft. Lauderdale to Memphis was forced to make an emergency landing. TMZ, who broke the news stated that Ross lost consciousness after suffering a seizure. A doctor on the flight admitted CPR until the emergency landing. Ross was with his entourage - who alerted the flight crew of the incident. No word on which member of his Maybach Music Group was with him but Wale just tweeted the following:
"I just talked to Ross...he's 100 pct ok.."
Which makes you wonder if we're dealing with the right person. An update from TMZ states that police did confirm Ross was transported to a a nearby hospital.

First off glad to hear Mr Ross is doing ok. Secondly and more importantly I want to say that as a health care professional I feel as though the reporting of a doctor administering CPR for Mr. Ross is a little misleading. During a seizure a person loses the ability to effectively protect his airway. That is why people are taught to lay the person on their side so that the tongue does not occlude or block the airway. The person's heart does not normally stop during a seizure so I find it hard to believe that CPR was given. Just felt the need to clarify for those who are concerned about Mr. Ross and his situation.
