Pippa Middleton Sunbathing Photos Sparks Controversy
 *Update* Pippa Middleton sunbathing topless and bikini photos have remained a hot topic since the royal wedding of her sister Kate Middleton (Duchess of Cambridge) and Prince William on April 29th. Pippa Middleton donned a Sarah Burton Alexander McQueen gown and her star power shot threw the roof. It seemed like every few days a new crop of photos would turn up. Now the Middleton family is taking action in Britain against four major publications that have published the images, including The Daily Mail and The Daily Mirror.
The family has filed a formal complaint to Britain's independent Press Complaints Commission. According to OTRC, the commission will determine whether the publications who published the photos have violated Middleton's privacy, or whether there are any "public right to know" issues which would justify publication. European law protects privacy and free expression, leaving interpretation up to judges to determine which apply.
While Pippa Middleton is getting a first taste of life under a
microscope, Prince William is a seasoned vet. Joe Little of Majesty
Magazine tells AP, "We've known for a long time William would not stand
for any nonsense regarding his new wife and her family."
Pippa Middleton has yet to comment on the photos, however reports are
circulating that she may attempt to capitalize on the attention.
Katrina Kutchinsky, managing director of KK Communications, which represents luxury restaurants and bars, said Pippa Middleton is in high demand on the London nightlife scene.
"She's definitely the hot ticket at the moment, my venues are trying to reach her, but she's very well protected," Kutchinsky said. "Everyone is talking about her."

Paparazzi are disrespectful scum. It is a victory for privacy whenever one of them is punched out and their camera broken. There should never be any recourse for them when this happens. Photos should be approved by the subjects of those photos only before they are published, and the paparazzi should be fined for unauthorised photos taken and/or published. Every effort should be taken to eliminate them entirely.

It's not the picture that's the problem it's the fact that they won't leave it alone. The Middletons and the Royals act like no one has ever gone topless before. My bet is the Queen has never been in a bikini. Times and fashions have changed. If the Middletons had left it alone it would have blown over. This all started because they picked a figure flattering dress for Pippa as maid of honor. She's a hot young woman with a hot well taken care of body, what every young girl strives to look like.
