Kanye West And Jay-Z Watch The Throne Tour Launch To Rave Reviews
 Lil Wayne may not be listening to Watch the Throne but the 21,000 people who attended the kick off show of the tour enjoyed every minute of it. Kanye West and Jay-Z were unlikely collaborators with numerous hits between the two. It was unclear how they would balance the medley without short changing their fans. It turns out they did a fine job.
USA Today said "in the high-energy crowd remained standing -- and swaying and dancing and singing -- for the entire 2 1/2-hour show. At one point, as Jay-Z and West performed 'N----- in Paris' ... West exhorted the audience to 'Bounce! Bounce!' "
According to the Hollywood Reporter, one Atlanta DJ stated
"They've each had so many hits, I was interested to see how they would go back and forth. I thought they did a really nice job with that. You noticed how they would each do their own thing on some songs, then blend it back together?"
