Janet Jackson Wants to Put Beyonce in Check
 Beyonce Knowles apparently failed her etiquette class her manager father, Matthew Knowles no doubt had her in while grooming her as a star. I am certain that one of rules is: Show respect for those who came before you. Perhaps Bey was in the bathroom during this rule.
So in a recent Elle interview Bey was quoted saying, "I grew up upper class. Private school. My dad had a Jaguar. We're African-American and we work together as a family, so people assume we're like the Jacksons - but I didn't have parents using me to get out of a bad situation." – Dang!
OK, you can take that several ways. Take it for its
plain text and admit that yes, it IS true. Or, you can say that Beyonce
was beside herself to think that a Jackson Family comparison is
ill-fitted to her dominating Matthew Knowles “no one will outshine
Beyonce, Beyonce is the only star - Michelle, Latoya, Kelly and any
other members that came through Destiny’s Child to fall back!!” father.
Now Bey has Janet upset and no doubt Jermaine Dupri is probably ringing
up his BFF Jay-z phone. Word is that Ms. Janet plans to confront
Beyonce about her comments! Beyonce side of the story will
probably go like this "I was misquoted and that’s not what I meant to say” - blah-blah.

I always thought she talked about growing from a humble background with both her parents working - going to private school doesn't mean you grew up "upper class". if you're daddy wasn't a millionaire before you blew up - then you grew up Middle Class - and there is NOTHING wrong with that!

In my experience, people that are raised with money, as B implies that she was, are pretty use to it. So they have no need or even any thought to compare their financial situation to others. Beyonce's comments make me seriously, seriously doubt that her so called "upper class" raising, was really all that upper class!
