Chris Brown May Walk Because of Bloggers
The Los Angeles Police Department's sloppy work might just give Chris Brown his walking papers. Brown's lawyer has asked that the case be dismissed because of the mishandling and internal leaks of the photos of beaten up Rihanna to the media-mainly bloggers.
"The leaks can form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regards to outrageous governmental misconduct," said his lawyer.
So we know Chris Brown lost it for a moment or a few moments, even though some people still find a way to justify his actions. If the case is thrown out, it is like this incident never occured and he may not have to receive any punishment.
Do you think it is fair for cases to be thrown out because of technicalities?

I think he should get some kind of punishment and counseling. Rhianna should too. Still don't know what happened but they both acted like fools that night and could of handle the situation differently. The whole situation is just needs to get resolved.

Regardless of the technicalities (dam thats a long word), CB did assault someone. To make it worse it was a woman. A very pretty woman at that. I think Opinion is right they both need help. I am quite sure Rihanna is not the easiest woman to deal with, what woman is? Although I can find a million reasons as 2 y he assaulted her, I can find a million+1 reasons as to y he shouldn't have. Good luck to ya CB, I hope all goes well. Rihanna keep doing ya thang.

people are arrested on technicalities so yes..they should be released on them. Doesnt mean cris brown is innocent..just means case was thrown out. He has still probably ended his career. You can sell drugs, get caught with guns, and lie in your music..but you can't be hitting on women..especially since "99% of his fans wear high hills"

I have no idea why this is blamed on "bloggers". For some reason, I don't think it was a blogger that was leaking information and pictures from this case, or even paying money for photos. That's what the traditional media does, since they have the cash to pay for the photos.
Blame should be placed where it actually lies, which would be the police and/or people dealing with the prosecution.
I have no pity for Chris Brown, nor justify what he's done, but everyone deserves a fair trial, which means the goverment needs to get better at keeping things under wraps.
