Chris Brown Denies Rihanna Hookup
Chris Brown’s people are going on defense and flatly denying the R&B crooner has hooked up with his ex Rihanna; adamant that the “Strip” singer is madly in love with his current girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. The latest rumor had it that the once-lovebirds shared a hotel room in New York City last week.
What prompted this rumor…this week?
The former couple, which split after a much-publicized altercation in 2009, has started working together on new material.
So, naturally, the romance speculation cranked up. It doesn’t take much to get gossip going about the two and Thursday after a Life & Style magazine article suggested the pair had a secret rendezvous at the Big Apple’s Gansevoort Hotel—it was a wrap.
A source told the publication, “Chris snuck in through the side door at the Gansevoort Hotel super late at night and went to Rihanna’s room.”
But Brown’s rep denies the story, insisting it’s “completely not true.”
“As we have said many times before, he is very happy with his girlfriend, Karrueche, and she was in New York with him,” reports Hollywood Scoop.
Rihanna was in New York at the time, spending quality time with her ailing grandmother Dolly and members of her family.
When will these two get beyond the speculation?
