Chris Bosh Wants Lawsuit By Ex-Girlfriend Tossed out
 Chris Bosh's ex-girlfriend is trying to make a living through the best way she knows how - reality TV. Bosh's ex and the mother of his only child, Allison Mathis was rumored to have joined the cast of Basketball Wives season 3, however after filming only two episodes Alison got the boot.
Chris threatened to file a lawsuit when report surfaced of Alison's involvement. Shaunie had denied Alison joined the show but Alison is now suing Bosh for meddling with her potential $250,000 payday.
Chris Bosh who had previously only threatened to file suit, has now filed court documents denying Alison's claim. According to TMZ, Bosh's attorney states his client was "acting to protect his own economic or financial interests."
In turn Bosh is asking the judge to toss the suit out completely as he believes he doesn't owe Alison diddly squat
