Adrienne Simmons Dies After Blow To in Head in Orlando, Florida
Kickboxer Adrienne Simmons, died in Florida on Monday, a day after taking a strong blow to the head during a match. Adrienne Simmons died at the Orlando Regional Medical Center where she was taken after her match. Adrienne Simmons was fighting Lindsay Scheer when she recieved the blow to her head.
Adrienne Simmons was 34 years old.

Thoughts and prayers are with the family...This is truly a tragedy and this sport is very extreme I've watched and it's a very dangerous sport...something needs to be done more awareness need to raised about this sport.

She will be missed! yes it is a very dangerous sport but this is about the women's kickboxing & being that no one will that it very serious. Women's sports have always come second to men's because of the ever unequal male higher power crap. It's about time people start looking at us as being strong capable beings that can do what any man can & some things they can't.
