MC Hammer Inks Deal for Reality Show
 Looks like black men in America are re-working the image of the black family. First Runs House then Snoop Dogg Fatherhood and now “Hammertime”. I guess this is a good balance to the foolishness that was Flavor of Love, Real Chance at Love (whatever it was called) and now the reigning king Ray-J. (don’t care to remember what his is called either).
It’s reported that A&E has picked up an 11-episode series starring Hammer and his family, producer J.D. Roth had this to say "Here's a dad with five kids, married to the same woman for more than 23 years, living in the same place where he grew up and going to church every Sunday," Roth said. "He's had his ups and downs, and it's what makes him such a character you root for." Further calling it an “unscripted” version of “The Cosby Show”.
We already now the story of MC Hammer so this may be a good look for him. Would you watch?
